Best Sayings in Drake and Josh

Throughout the span of its life on Nickelodeon, Drake and Josh developed many catch phrases and common expressions that appear numerous times in the series. Here is a list of a few of my favorite ones!

1. Megan...

We all know Megan was notorious for her outlandish pranks on her brothers. Whenever they got pranked, they would both say the same word in anger: "Megan..."


2.  HUG ME BROTHA!!!

Debatably the most iconic quote of the show, Drake and Josh always exclaimed to each other: "HUG ME BROTHA!" and then bear hugged each other in excitement. They went through a lot of quarrels in the show, but this quote always made everything alright.

3.  I got it...

There was a certain element of randomness in some of the comedy in the show. This was very characteristic of Executive Producer Dan Schneider's production style, where he also implemented random comedy in his other show iCarly. Gavin is an employee at The Premiere and at the beginning of the scene ask Josh to clean something. Josh would refuse and Gavin would walk away to leave Josh to do whatever he was doing. He would then return at the end of the scene with the gross thing he cleaned up and say, "I got it..."

A Review of "Josh is Done"

Season 4, Episode 12 Now that this blog has reviewed the majority of the major characters of Drake and Josh, it's time to dive into some of my favorite episodes the show has released. The first of which is "Josh is Done", which is the highest rated episode of the series on imdb.com (9.4/10) and for good reason. It broke away from the goofy, lighthearted humor that the show normally used (although there was still plenty of that) and added an element of deep emotion that was very uncommon to Producer Dan Schneider's style. It was a turning point for the show that sent a powerful message to treat others with respect, no matter what your social status may be.  The intro to the episode explains that both Drake and Josh have a huge chemistry exam coming up. Each brother prepared for the test exactly how you would expect them to: Josh studied all night every night for a week, and Drake played a lot of ping pong. Best Crazy Steve Moments

A Drake and Josh blog would not be complete without a post about Crazy Steve. One of the minor characters on the show, Crazy Steve was an employee of the Premier movie theater with Josh (and for a brief time, Drake as well). He had a short temper and overreacted to the smallest of things that would happen to him. Although the humor related to this character was more towards the corny side geared towards younger teens, it was still a blast to look back on my favorite moments of his. Hope you enjoy! 1.The time Josh ate his enchilada   If you're familiar with the show, you can probably recall the time Josh ate Crazy Steve's enchilada at work. When Steve initially finds out this devastating news, he remains surprisingly calm because his therapist only allowed him to have a certain amount of outbursts per day and it was "not the time". A Review of "Josh Runs into Oprah"

Season 4, Episode 1. Josh loves Oprah. He knows it, Drake knows it, we all know it. This episode has to be included in my blogs because it is certainly one of my favorites in the series. As the title suggests, this episode isn't really that joyful for Josh. But we're getting ahead of ourselves, let's start from the beginning! It's Josh's birthday, and Drake forgets all about it. He tells Josh to meet him at The Premiere later in the day, something Josh believes is a surprise party for him. When he arrives to the theater, he finds out Drake threw a surprise party for his new girlfriend instead. When he finally realizes Drake actually forgot his birthday, he gets upset and storms out. Shortly after, Helen breaks it to Drake that it's Josh's birthday too, and Drake then makes it his mission to make it up to Josh. He rushes home to tell Josh he got them both tickets to a live recording of the Oprah show with backstage passes from one of his band members&
