A Review of "The Bet"

Season 2, Episode 1. "The Bet" is one of the most iconic Drake and Josh episodes of all time, and for good reason. It has a plot that keeps the viewers intrigued throughout the entirety of the episode, great jokes, and lots of candy. After the boys forget to pick up Megan from a friend's house during a rainstorm, it is brought to their attention that Drake is addicted to video games and Josh is addicted to junk food. They end up making a bet to see who could go longer without their addictions, and Megan drafts a contract for them to sign. The loser has to die their hair pink. 

During the course of the bet, things get very difficult for both of the brothers. Josh's grandma (as he affectionately refers to as "Grammy") sends him the newest gaming platform as a gift: The Gamesphere. 

Similarly, Drake's body goes into shock without eating so much junk food all of the sudden, and he develops a horrible rash on his face.

Walter and Audry also get in on the bet, Audry bets that Josh will cave and Walter bets that Drake will cave, and Megan drafts a contract for them as well. 

 Then, Josh prepares a candy trap in their room in order to convince Drake to cave. The entire room looked like Willy Wonka's factory, and Drake resorted to playing the Gamesphere in front of Josh in an effort to make Josh cave as well. They eventually cave at the same time and get into an argument that ends with them tackling each other into a chocolate milk pool.

Much to Megan's delight, she reveals that the contract doesn't specify that someone has to cave first to lose, they just have to cave in general. As a result, both Drake and Josh as well as Walter and Audry were forced to die their hair pink at the end of the episode.

    As a big fan of drake and josh , this episode is my all time favorite , I loved it when the stepbrothers fought in the chocolate milk pool , but luckily drake did n't go through the bet and dye his gorgous hair he only a wig and then he took it off said " idots" the only one's fell for it was josh and his dad and his step mom . .

      As a drake bell biggest number one fan , i was glad that drake didn't dye his awesome hair , he only had on a pink wig on , at the end of the episode he took it off and said "idots" drake bell is so cute and very handsome and he is an awesome singer and I really love his amazing music .i am an major number one drake bell fan .

Season 4, Episode 12 Now that this blog has reviewed the majority of the major characters of Drake and Josh, it's time to dive into some of my favorite episodes the show has released. The first of which is "Josh is Done", which is the highest rated episode of the series on imdb.com (9.4/10) and for good reason. It broke away from the goofy, lighthearted humor that the show normally used (although there was still plenty of that) and added an element of deep emotion that was very uncommon to Producer Dan Schneider's style. Best Crazy Steve Moments

A Drake and Josh blog would not be complete without a post about Crazy Steve. One of the minor characters on the show, Crazy Steve was an employee of the Premier movie theater with Josh (and for a brief time, Drake as well). He had a short temper and overreacted to the smallest of things that would happen to him. Although the humor related to this character was more towards the corny side geared towards younger teens, it was still a blast to look back on my favorite moments of his. A Review of "Josh Runs into Oprah"

Season 4, Episode 1. Josh loves Oprah. He knows it, Drake knows it, we all know it. This episode has to be included in my blogs because it is certainly one of my favorites in the series. As the title suggests, this episode isn't really that joyful for Josh. But we're getting ahead of ourselves, let's start from the beginning! It's Josh's birthday, and Drake forgets all about it. He tells Josh to meet him at The Premiere later in the day, something Josh believes is a surprise party for him. When he arrives to the theater, he finds out Drake threw a surprise party for his new girlfriend instead. When he finally realizes Drake actually forgot his birthday, he gets upset and storms out. Shortly after, Helen breaks it to Drake that it's Josh's birthday too, and Drake then makes it his mission to make it up to Josh. He rushes home to tell Josh he got them both tickets to a live recording of the Oprah show with backstage passes from one of his band members&
