Best Helen Dubois Moments

 Ahhh Helen, the manager of The Premiere movie theater. She is a strict, hardworking woman that has a tremendous amount of sass. If anyone thinks that they can get the upper hand on her, they have another thing coming entirely. She is always in the mood to boss people around and get straight to business, with one exception. She absolutely adores Drake, who she thinks is just an angel sent from heaven. Here are my three favorite moments from the sass-master herself.

1. The time she should've won a Golden Globe

In the "Theater Thug" episode, Helen makes sure to invite herself to be a part of the cast. Her directions were to just stand there and act scared, but it was obvious she wanted to have more of a vital role than that after the first take. The director has to ask her to go get him a donut across the street in order to do the scene without her. I thought she did great...

After Helen has laser eye surgery, the boys take her home to make sure she's ok. After Drake and Josh discover that she has an incredibly nice loft, Helen explains she used to be in a TV show when she was a kid and still gets royalty checks from it. She was a sassy teenage girl and her tagline was "That is NOT my job!". She loves how Drake imitates the line, and therefore hates how Josh does it. 

3. The time she turned the night around

 I mentioned this scene in my "Best Crazy Steve Moments" post, but just in case you're not one of my 3 AVID followers (comprised of my sisters and my mom...) then you should know that this is one of my all-time favorite scenes in the show. There is a party at the Parker/Nichols residence and a big storm and an even bigger amount of drama spoils everyone's mood. At the end of the episode, Helen says enough is enough and starts to sing "We Will Rock You" by Queen. Everyone at the party progressively starts to join in, and it makes for a fantastic feel-good ending to the episode. Season 4, Episode 12 Now that this blog has reviewed the majority of the major characters of Drake and Josh, it's time to dive into some of my favorite episodes the show has released. The first of which is "Josh is Done", which is the highest rated episode of the series on imdb.com (9.4/10) and for good reason. It broke away from the goofy, lighthearted humor that the show normally used (although there was still plenty of that) and added an element of deep emotion that was very uncommon to Producer Dan Schneider's style. It was a turning point for the show that sent a powerful message to treat others with respect, no matter what your social status may be.  The intro to the episode explains that both Drake and Josh have a huge chemistry exam coming up. Best Crazy Steve Moments

A Drake and Josh blog would not be complete without a post about Crazy Steve. One of the minor characters on the show, Crazy Steve was an employee of the Premier movie theater with Josh (and for a brief time, Drake as well). He had a short temper and overreacted to the smallest of things that would happen to him. Although the humor related to this character was more towards the corny side geared towards younger teens, it was still a blast to look back on my favorite moments of his. Hope you enjoy! 1.The time Josh ate his enchilada   If you're familiar with the show, you can probably recall the time Josh ate Crazy Steve's enchilada at work. When Steve initially finds out this devastating news, he remains surprisingly calm because his therapist only allowed him to have a certain amount of outbursts per day and it was "not the time". A Review of "Josh Runs into Oprah"

Season 4, Episode 1. Josh loves Oprah. He knows it, Drake knows it, we all know it. This episode has to be included in my blogs because it is certainly one of my favorites in the series. As the title suggests, this episode isn't really that joyful for Josh. But we're getting ahead of ourselves, let's start from the beginning! It's Josh's birthday, and Drake forgets all about it. He tells Josh to meet him at The Premiere later in the day, something Josh believes is a surprise party for him. When he arrives to the theater, he finds out Drake threw a surprise party for his new girlfriend instead. When he finally realizes Drake actually forgot his birthday, he gets upset and storms out. Shortly after, Helen breaks it to Drake that it's Josh's birthday too, and Drake then makes it his mission to make it up to Josh. He rushes home to tell Josh he got them both tickets to a live recording of the Oprah show with backstage passes from one of his band members&
